In 1996 Dan Curtis, the director and producer of the wildly popular original 1975 "Trilogy Of Terror", released the follow up, "Trilogy Of Terror
2". Starring Lysette Anthony, "Trilogy Of Terror 2" was similar in formula to the first "Trilogy Of Terror", as there were 3 horror stories each
starring the same actress in the lead roles.
Realizing the popularity of the Zuni doll in the first "Trilogy Of Terror", Dan incorporated the story from the first Trilogy where it left off in the
third story of Trilogy 2, "He Who Kills". This time the story opens up with the Zuni doll's aftermath from the first film. The Police arrive at
Amelia's apartment and find both Amelia and her mom dead. In the oven are the remains of the Zuni doll. The Police bring the doll to a local
museum and ask the museum scientist, Dr. Simpson (Lysette Anthony), for her expertise on the doll.
In a nod to Karen Black, (Amelia from the first Trilogy), Lysette Anthony's character, Dr. Simpson, uses the line, "This can't be happening, this
can't be happening", as Karen brilliantly add libbed in the first film. The shots of putting the Zuni in the suitcase, and trying to grab the knife
while the doll is trying to escape from the suitcase, are also used from the first film. The Zuni doll is shown a lot more in the sequel. Climbing
tables, running across the floor, moving his head up and down, side to side, etc. This Zuni really got around!

found at the scene of the crime. Dr. Simpson always felt safe at the museum since there are 2 armed guards, Lew (Thomas Mitchell) and
